Had a big job, which others quoted 15K on. Backflow did it for under 10K. The gentleman who started the bid, Tony, was a nice guy. Had a good sense of humor, and was honest about others trying to fleece me- I commend his honesty.
They worked fast, well, and were communicative. I recommend them to all my homeowner friends!
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the cement work the company subcontracted out. The cement truck ended up breaking one of my metal windowsills (and didn't tell me), dripped globs of cement onto the driveway, and didn't smooth out their work filling in the jackhammered section (it's lumpy and uneven).
That being said, it was a great experience. I appreciate Tony and his team, and I'm glad I've found plumbers for as long as I'm a homeowner.

I was given Tony and this company info off of recommendation of a friend who used them. I had an appointment for a couple of things to get checked out and a few days prior to my appointment. I realize my water heater was not giving me hot water. So when they came out for the appointment and assess the situation on a Friday afternoon that I wasn’t having hot water. They said they could get me a new water heater out immediately and have it installed so I could have my hot shower that night! And sure enough they did, while the technician, Kyle, was waiting for the delivery, Tony the owner came over and assess the situation as well, and they also fix the two items that I had originally called about. The new water heater arrived, they emptied out the old one, pulled it out of the basement, put the new one in, filled it up and off they went! Super happy with everything! Specially, the hot shower I got to take that night! Thank you, Tony, Kyle, and the little helper guy that came!

If ilI could, I would place 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment for backflow testing with them in November for December and was told that I need to pay by card over the phone while scheduling an appointment or will receive a bill. I called couple days later and canceled this appointment for next month and requested to get a refund. Was trying to reach them multiple times and in a lot of cases nobody answered my calls. Only couple times when someone picked up I was told that they will let know their billing department to reach out to me. I felt like I was scammed, but I eventually received my reimbursement after 1 month and a half. I called several times and onvlce once someone picked up and provided me and email for billing department. I emailed and after some coversations received my refund. They are so hard to reach, and it will take forever to resolve any issues with them.
Better schedule with Oregon Backfllow!

Very rude! I was calling around for backflow testing and all I asked for was price. This company is out of my budget. I said I need to call around before scheduling. The man said OH very snotty and hung up on me. I’m sure this company is skilled and it’s good to take pride in your work. Not everyone has money to throw at a mandatory backflow test though…

Would give a higher rating if I could, can’t say how great these folks were to work with. They helped me work through a bathroom addition and bathroom remodel, communication and service was top tier. Fair priced and quality work, will never go with anyone else. HIGHLY recommend!!
